To simplify troubleshooting we provide a flow to check the communication between Raspberry and I/Os via the serial interface.

flows.json

Import the flow and execute it.

With the Flow you can check the communication between the Raspberry and the Atmega/Pico2Pi. By clicking on the inject "Relay 1 on" this should also be audibly triggered. In case of doubt connect an actuator. The relays can be switched off via the buttons "Relay off".

This flow was programmed and tested with our hardware. We have made it available for you on this page. So you are quickly able to test your configuration and find errors.
